RCL is located in the Old & Historic District of Leesburg, at the corner of Loudoun and Liberty Streets.

Parking is metered or free on adjacent streets and free at the Liberty Street Parking Lot at the south end of Liberty. If you park at the lot, walk 1-1/2 blocks north to the office.

The Town of Leesburg's lot is 1-1/2 blocks east of the office and costs 50 cents per hour. You can enter from Market Street, walk out of the back of the garage onto Loudoun Street, turn right and the office will be up the street on your right.
